The Kick-Off event takes place over village streets and country roads in and around our scenic village overlooking Lake Erie starting and ending at Welch Field.

I hereby release the Village and Town of Westfield, Chautauqua County, State of New York, Westfield Academy and Central School., Westfield Rescue Squad, and all others associated with the event from all liability for injuries and/or property damage relating to me and I grant permission for official personnel to render medical aid to me as they deem necessary. I also release any photos involving me.
